To determine your ring size use one of the two options below.

Measure an existing ring:

  • Select a ring that fits the preferred finger.
  • Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
  • Use the chart below to determine your existing ring’s size by diameter.

Measure your finger:

  • Wrap a strip of paper around your preferred finger where the ring should fit.
  • Make sure the paper fits snugly against your finger. Make sure the closed paper will also fit over your knuckle.
  • Mark the spot where the paper overlaps and measure the length with a mm ruler.

A few helpful hints:

When measuring an existing ring, keep in mind that a ring that fits on your right finger may not fit the same on the corresponding left finger. It’s best to find an existing ring that fits the exact finger for which you would like to determine sizing.

If you fall between sizes, it is usually best to size up.

Make sure that the diameter measurement you have chosen fits easily over your knuckle.

Measure your hands when they are warm, not cold.

Most wearers prefer to size up ½ to 1 whole finger size when wearing a wide band ring.

For the most comfortable fit, measure your fingers at the end of the day, when they are at their largest.
